laki91 Terms and Conditions – Platform Rules for Pakistani Players

1Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") set out the rules governing your use of the laki91 platform, including the website at laki91.win, the laki91 mobile application for Android and iOS, and all games, services and promotions made available through them.

By registering an account, making a deposit or using any part of the laki91 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not use the platform.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. • Enable biometric login on the laki91 mobile app where your device supports it for an extra layer of account security.
• Contact support immediately if you believe your account has been accessed by someone other than yourself.

4Deposits

All deposits on laki91 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports the following deposit methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit cards, credit cards and other mobile wallets as available. The specific methods available to your account will be shown in the Deposit section of your account.

Deposits are credited to your laki91 PKR balance after confirmation from the payment provider. For most methods, this is near-instant. Bank transfers may take longer depending on your banking institution.

• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply per method and are displayed at the point of transaction.
• laki91 does not charge fees for standard deposits, but your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Deposits must be made from payment accounts or cards registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• laki91 reserves the right to request documentation confirming the source of funds where deposits of larger amounts are involved.

5Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your available PKR balance at any time, subject to the conditions below. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit where possible, or to a verified account in your name.

• Identity verification may be required before your first withdrawal or when cumulative withdrawals exceed certain thresholds. This typically involves providing a copy of a valid identity document.
• Any active bonus funds must have met their wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. Attempting to withdraw before meeting wagering requirements will result in the bonus and associated winnings being cancelled.

6Bonuses and Promotions

The following general rules apply to all bonuses and promotions on laki91:

• Wagering requirements: All bonus funds carry a wagering requirement that must be completed before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated in the promotion's individual terms.
• One bonus at a time: Only one bonus can be active on your account at a time. Claiming a new bonus while another is active may result in the cancellation of one or both bonuses.
• Game contributions: Different game types may contribute different percentages toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%. Live casino and table games may contribute a lower percentage. Fish games contribution rates are specified per promotion.

• Once a bet has been confirmed and the game round has begun, it cannot be cancelled. Results are determined by the game provider's certified random number generation systems and are final.
• In the event of a technical failure during a game round, the round may be voided and your stake returned. If a round completes before a technical issue is detected, the result stands.

• VIP tier status and the benefits associated with each tier — including weekly cashback rates, reload bonus values and withdrawal processing priority — are subject to change. laki91 will provide reasonable notice to active VIP members of any changes that reduce benefits.
• Activity in all game categories on laki91 counts toward VIP tier progression, subject to game-specific contribution rates.
• VIP status does not guarantee specific bonus amounts or outcomes. Benefits are applied as stated in the VIP programme description at the time they are applied.
• laki91 reserves the right to review VIP accounts where unusual activity patterns are identified, and to adjust or remove VIP status where the programme has been used contrary to these Terms.

9Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are prohibited on laki91 and will result in account suspension, forfeiture of funds and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Opening more than one account on laki91, whether in your own name or using other personal details.
• Providing false, misleading or incomplete registration information.
• Using the platform for money laundering, fraud or any other illegal financial activity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any form of artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with games without direct human input.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches or errors to generate winnings. Any winnings resulting from exploitation of errors will be void.
• Engaging in charge-backs on deposits after using those funds for gaming activity.
• Making threats or engaging in abusive conduct toward laki91 staff or other players through any communication channel.

10Account Suspension and Closure

laki91 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or close any player account at its discretion where these Terms have been breached or where laki91 has reasonable grounds to suspect a breach.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, laki91 will complete the review within a reasonable timeframe. If no breach is found, the account will be reinstated and any funds returned. Where a breach is confirmed, account funds may be partially or fully forfeited depending on the nature of the breach.

You may request the closure of your own account at any time by contacting laki91 support. Any remaining PKR balance at the time of closure will be returned to you through your verified payment method after applicable checks are completed, provided no outstanding bonus wagering requirements or investigations are pending.

11Responsible Gaming

laki91 is committed to providing a platform that supports responsible gaming. The following tools are available to all registered players through the account settings:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly PKR deposit limits to manage your spending. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and require a cooling-off period to increase.
• Session reminders: Set time reminders that notify you of how long your gaming session has been running.
• Cooling-off period: Take a short break of between 24 hours and 30 days, during which your account will be temporarily suspended and you will not be able to deposit or play.
